Orchestrate Server

Orchestrate Server is a cloud-native healthcare data integration platform. It can ingest data from payers and providers in a variety of formats (including HL7 feeds, C-CDAs, claims data, and more). Leveraging the power of the Orchestrate APIs, Orchestrate Server ingests, transforms, and routes data across systems at scale.

The Orchestrate platform helps to meet the requirements of the CMS Interoperability and Prior Authorization Final Rule (CMS-0057-F) by offering fully compliant FHIR APIs:

• Patient Access API - Enable patients to access their health data, including prior authorizations.
• Provider Access API - Share patient data – including claims, encounter data, USCDI clinical elements, and prior auth details – with in-network providers who have an active treatment relationship.
• Payer-to-Payer API - Exchange historical data between payers.
• Provider Directory API - Provides a public-facing directory of a payer’s network of providers.
